This Privacy Policy describes how Floame ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or buy from our store.
Information we collect
When you visit the site we automatically collect information about your device, including your browser, IP address, time zone and some of the cookies on your device. As you browse we collect information about the pages you view and how you interact with the site. We call this Device Information.
When you make or attempt to make a purchase we collect your name, billing and shipping address, payment information, email address and phone number. We call this Order Information.

We use Order Information to:

We use Device Information to screen for risk and fraud and to improve and optimise our store.

We use advertising and analytics tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, which set cookies and similar technologies so we can measure our advertising and show ads to people likely to be interested in our products. You can opt out of personalised advertising in the settings offered by those platforms, and through the opt out described in Your Privacy Choices.
Marketing emails
If you opt in to marketing you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing support@floame.com. Order and shipping notifications are transactional and will still be sent.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask that it be corrected or deleted, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@floame.com. Customers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and certain US states have specific statutory rights over their personal data.
Data retention
We keep Order Information for our records unless you ask us to delete it, and for as long as we are required to by law.
Cookies
We use cookies to run the store, remember your cart and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through our cookie consent banner.
Children
Our store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
