This website is operated by Floame ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site or buy from us.
Online store terms
By agreeing to these terms you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not transmit harmful code or attempt to interfere with the operation of the site.
Product use and safety
The Floame Compression Tank is a compression garment worn against the skin. Please read the following before you use it.
- This is not a medical device. It is not medical grade compression, it is not a post surgical compression garment, and it is not a treatment for any condition. It does not cause weight loss and it does not change your body.
- If you are recovering from surgery, or you live with a heart, circulatory, respiratory, skin or nerve condition, speak to a doctor before wearing a compression garment.
- Take it off and stop wearing it if you feel numbness, tingling, pins and needles, shortness of breath, chest tightness, skin irritation or pain of any kind.
- Wear the size our size guide gives you. Sizing further down to get more compression is neither safer nor more effective.
- Do not sleep in it.
- It is a base layer, so it is warmer than wearing nothing. Take the same sensible care in heat that you would in any fitted garment, and drink water as you normally would.
- Not intended for children. Sold for adult use only.
- Wash cold and hang to dry. Tumble drying breaks down the stretch fibre, and damage caused that way is not a manufacturing fault.

Products and pricing
We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. Colours and details may vary slightly depending on your screen. We reserve the right to correct errors, change product information and adjust prices at any time without notice, and to limit quantities or refuse any order.
Accuracy of information
We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Material on the site is provided for general information and should not be your sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on it is at your own risk.
Customer content
If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non exclusive, royalty free licence to use, display and reproduce that content in connection with our business. You confirm that the content is yours, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limits on quantities per person or per order, and orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers. If we cancel an order we will try to notify you at the email address you provided.
Payment
All payments are processed securely by our payment providers. By providing payment information you confirm that you are authorised to use that payment method.
Third party links
Our site may link to third party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floame is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update or replace any part of these terms by posting an update on this page. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
