Description
Floame Brisk™ is a slim, rechargeable facial wand with a cooling mode and a warming mode. The small curved tip is made for the eye area, brow and cheekbones: the places a bad night shows first. Use it as a quick cosmetic refresh in the morning, a warm wind-down at night, or warm-then-cold as one short ritual. It is a massage and cosmetic tool. It does not treat any medical condition.
How to use
Start on the cooling mode with clean, dry skin. Glide the curved tip gently around the under-eye area, brow, cheeks and jaw using light pressure and slow strokes. Let the temperature do the work, never drag or press. A few minutes is plenty. The warming mode works the same way; many people like warm first to relax the area, then cold to finish and feel refreshed. Both modes can be used over your usual skincare if you prefer.
What's included
One Brisk wand, one USB-C charging cable and a protective cap for the tip. That is the whole kit. There is nothing else to buy and nothing to replace.
Specifications
Modes: cooling and warming, each with its own button
Charging: USB-C, cable included
Head: smooth, rounded, sized for the eye and cheek area
Size: palm-sized, fits a toiletry bag or carry-on
Care: wipe clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge.
Shipping & returns
Free shipping on every order. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and arrive in as little as 6 business days. Returns are accepted for 30 days. Used is fine. Faulty units are replaced with a brand-new unit, not a refurbished one.
Safety
Brisk is a cosmetic massage tool, not a medical device. Do not use on broken, irritated or numb skin, or over open wounds. Keep it away from the eye itself and use it only on the skin around the eye. If you are pregnant, use an implanted medical device, or have a condition affecting skin sensation or circulation, check with a healthcare professional first. Stop if anything feels uncomfortable.
Why we made it
Every cheap cooling tool has the same flaw: it only works if you remembered to freeze it the night before. The premium wands fix that, for $170. We built Brisk to sit in the honest middle: real cooling and warming on demand, a fair price, and no claims about collagen or contouring. It's a nicer morning, not a new you.
Sound familiar?
It's never your face. It's the night before.
Some mornings arrive with baggage. These are the ones Brisk was built for.
-
The dinner out
Salt, wine, and a face that announces both by 7 a.m.
-
The short night
Four hours of sleep before a nine o’clock call, camera on.
-
The flight
You land looking like the journey. The hotel has no freezer.
-
The hard evening
You cried. It’s fine. Your face doesn’t have to announce it.
-
The photo day
School pictures, the work headshot, someone’s wedding brunch.
-
Allergy season
The weeks when your eyes wake up ahead of you.
-
That week
The calendar-locked puff you can predict but never skip.
-
The forgotten roller
Your ice roller is in the freezer. It’s been there all week.
Why it feels different
Built around the one thing every other tool gets wrong.
Cold when you want it. Warm when you'd rather.
One button cools, the other warms. Cold for puffy-looking mornings, warm for winding down at night. No gel packs, no melting ice, no head tilted back balancing a cold spoon.
Your ice roller is still in the freezer. Where it's been all week.
The real failure of every roller, globe and spoon isn't the cold, it's the remembering. Brisk lives on your counter and cools on demand, so the one morning you actually need it is the one morning it's ready.
Shaped for the places that actually puff.
A slim wand with a small, curved tip that reaches the spots an ice cube is clumsy at and a full-face roller can't get to: the inner corner of the under-eye, along the brow bone, the sides of the nose. Light pressure, short strokes.
The honest comparison
A frozen spoon works. Here's what it can't do.
We're not going to pretend cheap cold doesn't work. It does, if you planned ahead and you're near a freezer.

Hotel room, 6 a.m.
There is no freezer in a hotel room.
Which is exactly when you're puffiest: after the flight, the restaurant dinner, the strange bed. Brisk charges over USB-C, weighs about as much as your phone, and works the same in a hotel bathroom as it does at home.
- Carry-on friendly
- Charges like your phone
- Nothing to melt or leak
How it works
Three steps, then the rest of your morning.
-
Turn it on
Press cold, or press hot.
-
Glide gently
Light, slow strokes around the under-eye area, brow and cheeks. No pressing, no pulling.
-
Get on with it
A short ritual, then coffee. Brisk goes back on the counter, not in the freezer.

Retired the spoon
I was the frozen spoon person for about six years. This one just lives on the bathroom counter and it is cold by the time I have picked it up. No planning the night before.

Works in a hotel
I travel for work every other week and my ice globes were useless the second I left the house. Packed this in my carry on and used it in a hotel bathroom at 6am, exactly the same as at home

Good, wish the cold held longer
Does what it says and honestly the warm mode at night is the part I did not expect to like. Only thing is I would like the cold to hold a little longer when I do my whole face and not just under the eyes. Still using it every morning.

allergy season
Every spring my eyes are swollen before I am even properly awake. The cold tip on the inner corners feels so good. Much easier than an ice pack sliding off my face while I tilt my head back.

Slight drag on dry skin
The cooling works and not having to deal with the freezer is genuinely the selling point for me. But on completely dry skin it pulls a bit. I put a little moisturiser on first and then it glides fine, I just would rather it worked either way.

wife loves it
Bought it for my wife’s birthday because she kept stealing teaspoons out of the freezer. She uses it every morning with her coffee now. I have been informed it was a good buy.
The fine print, up front
What to honestly expect from it
Most brands bury this. We’d rather you buy it knowing exactly what it is.
What it does
Cools and refreshes on contact, and helps skin look less puffy and more awake for the hours that matter: the meeting, the photos, the school run.
What it doesn’t
It won’t erase wrinkles, lift anything, or permanently change your face. Anyone who tells you their cold wand does is selling you something else.
Why that’s fine
Puffiness is temporary. A temporary tool is exactly the right size for the problem, and you can feel the cold for yourself the second it touches your skin.
The 30-day guarantee
Use it for 30 days. Then decide.
If Brisk isn’t part of your morning by then, send it back for a full refund. Used, no questions, no restocking fee. And if a unit ever fails, we replace it with a new one. Never a refurb.

Questions
Asked and answered, plainly
Does it need to go in the freezer?
No. That is the whole point. Brisk cools electronically when you switch it on, so there is nothing to freeze, chill or plan the night before.
What’s the difference between the cooling and warming modes?
Cooling is the morning mode: a cold, refreshing glide for skin that looks puffy or tired. Warming is the evening mode: a gentle, soothing warmth most people use to wind down. Each mode has its own button, marked cold and hot.
How quickly does it feel cold?
Quickly. You feel the head cool within moments of switching it on, and you can verify that yourself the second it touches your skin. We deliberately don’t quote an exact seconds figure or temperature until our own lab numbers are final.
How long should a session take?
A few minutes is plenty. It is designed to fit inside a real morning, not add a new obligation to it. There is no protocol to learn and no timer to obey.
Can I use it around my eyes?
Yes, the head is sized for exactly that. Use it on the skin around the eye (the under-eye area and brow bone), with light pressure and slow strokes. Never on the eyelid or the eye itself.
Will it permanently get rid of puffiness?
No, and be suspicious of anything that says it will. This is a temporary cosmetic refresh for a temporary problem: morning puffiness eases over hours anyway, and Brisk helps your skin look fresher and less puffy in the meantime.
Can I use it with my skincare?
Yes. Use it on clean dry skin, or after your serum or moisturizer, whichever feels better. There is no product it requires and none it replaces.
Is it travel friendly?
Very. It is palm-sized, charges over USB-C like your phone, and needs no freezer, which makes it the rare cooling tool that still works in a hotel room. Pack it in your carry-on toiletry bag.
What comes in the box?
The Brisk wand, a USB-C cable and a protective cap for the tip.
How is it different from a frozen spoon or ice roller?
A frozen spoon works, for a short while, on one spot, if you remembered to freeze it and you happen to be near your freezer. Brisk is cold on demand, every time, anywhere, with a warm mode the spoon will never have.
What is the return policy?
30 days from delivery. Used is fine, and you get a full refund of the product price. Email us for return instructions and we won’t make it awkward. Return postage is yours unless the unit is faulty or we got the order wrong.
Who should not use it?
Skip it, or ask a healthcare professional first, if you are pregnant, use a pacemaker or other implanted device, have broken or irritated skin where you’d use it, or have a condition that affects skin sensation or circulation.
