Very cool device! Great for message or lymphatic drainage.

I have it pictured with my favorite resource for all things lymph drainage: The Book of Lymph. I highly recommend this book and doing lymphatic drainage in addition to this messager. This what I am mostly using this for. I follow the chart from the feet up. I alternate with dry brushing. That being said, it also a great and powerful message for just strains and aches and pains. I use it on lovely for lymph drainage and turn it up for sore muscles.

Holy Moly! This massager, lymphatic drainage vibration machine is AWESOME! It is very powerful with multiple settings. It comes with a strap that is long enough to wrap around my upper chest and use the vibration tool for my back and shoulders. It is very strong and vibrates my hands too much while holding it, so I do prefer using the strap. My husband was skeptical but now he's using for his lower back after he gets off work. Its definitely the most powerful massager I've ever had and really helps my muscles relax and increases circulation.

Powerful for its size

This vibration plate is so nice for sore muscles all over the body. The large single knob is great for neck and shoulder muscles. The side with multiple knobs is great on legs and arms. And the parallel blades push deep for thighs and backs. The included Velcro band allows me to put the device flat against a sore area and secure it in place. There are 6 levels of intensity and 3 different functions (these functions are only available after intensity level 6). The Velcro belt is only 53 inches long. I am really impressed with the intensity of the vibration and the versatility of this compact device.

Ok throw away your overpriced theraguns and get this immediately. This little guy packs a punch 🥊 I love the belt that comes with it to hold the device in place. The different molds on the device really make a difference with lymphatic drainage. Amazing quality for the price. You should absolutely get this for someone for a gift!
